Prospective Grantees

We are able to provide grants to nonprofit organizations with current 501(c)(3) status.

The Ardelle and Theresa Glaze Foundation focuses its investments within the communities that the Fort Wayne Metals family is part of. These include Northeast Indiana, County Mayo, Ireland, and Ohio’s Wayne and Seneca counties. Visit our Where We Invest page to learn more.

Thank you for your interest. However, we prefer that individuals give directly to the organizations they are passionate about.

In order to be considered for future grant opportunities, please introduce yourself and your organization by completing and sending this form.

We do not accept unsolicited grant proposals. However, we are always open to learning about nonprofits in our communities whose work aligns with our areas of interest and who have the capacity and leadership to achieve positive, measurable outcomes. Please introduce yourself and your organization through this form. If we would like to learn more, we will schedule a site visit or meeting with you. If we feel that your organization is a good fit, we will then invite you to apply for a grant.
